  1. The Insured Or His Nominee Or Legal Heir Shall Apply To The Nearest Office Of The Insurance Company, No Later Than 4 Months From The Date Of The Occurrence Of The Insured Case, A Detailed Written Statement In Compliance With The Claim Form And Any Other Information Relevant To That Claim.
